Simple Stuffed Peppers

Description

This one may take a little more prep time then some of the others but it is worth it. Not only is the flavor rewarding but go big and freeze all of the leftovers to get you through those cold days of winter!! As always feel free to explore and tweak the recipe, it is okay to play with your food!

Ingredients
  • One Pound Ground Beef
  • Two Cups Cheese Of Choice
  • One Jar Of Tomato Sauce
  • 5-10 Whole Bell Peppers Hollowed Out
  • Seasoning of choice to season burger
  • Half Of Onion Diced Up
  • 2 4-6 Cups White Rice
Instructions
  1. Cook up burger meat with diced onion
  2. Cook rice in seperate container
  3. Mix rice, burger mixture, and jar of mariana sauce together
  4. Place bell peppers in baking dish with opening straight up in the air
  5. Put Mixture inside bell peppers to the top
  6. Add cheese of choice on top
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered
  8. Let cool and enjoy
  9. Optional step: take leftovers and put in freezer friendly container, throw in freezer, heat up in either oven or microwave
