Cast Iron Baked Kielbasa Casserole

Description

This dish was in honor of the Cleveland Browns opening weekend in 2025 and as we expected they lost. BUTTTT this dinner was absolutely comforting to get us through those tough times! Cleveland Kielbasa in a cast iron dutch oven, I tried to keep it true to the DAWG pound!

Ingredients
  • One Pound Of Kielbasa
  • Half a red onion
  • Half a head of cabbage
  • one jar of marinara
  • two cups of shredded cheese
  • 3 tbsp of salted butter
  • 2 tbsp of garlic seasoning of choice
  • one bag of egg wide noodles
Instructions
  1. Quarter up kielbasa then add it first in your cast iron dutch oven
  2. Add on top your diced cabbage, diced red onions, garlic seasoning, and salted butter
  3. Cover with dutch oven lid and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  4. while baking cook, drain, and place to the side egg noodles
  5. After 45 minutes remove lid and mix in sauce and egg noodles
  6. Last add your cheese and place back in the oven uncovered for 15 minutes
  7. Remove, cool off, and serve!
