This year for Thanksgiving Tony's family caught the crud which ultimately led to a Thanksgiving in house this year. After doing turkey content for a week straight prior his family needed something different but also something Thanksgiving themed. These were absolutely phenomenal and everyone really enjoyed this Midwest masterpiece!!! Springer Mountain Farms thin chicken breast are so good and are perfect for stuffed chicken breast recipes such as this!






Thin Sliced Boneless Skinless Breasts | Springer Mountain Farms

Ingredients
  • One Pack of Springer Mountain Farms Thin Cut Chicken Breasts
  • One Bag of Frozen Hash Browns
  • One Jar of Chicken Gravy
  • One Box of Chicken Stuffing
  • Two Cups of Cheddar Cheese
  • Jar of All Purpose Salt Pepper Garlic Seasoning - We Used Russel's Dam Good Everyday Rub
  • Half Stick of Salted Butter Divided Into Pads
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook stuffing per instructions on box
  3. Take thin cut Springer Mountain Farms Chicken Breasts and pound them out as thin as you can
  4. Put cooked stuffing inside chicken breasts and then roll into pinwheel
  5. Take cast iron dutch oven or casserole dish and put in bag of hash browns. Pro tip we do is add seasoning and mix it throughout the hash browns for flavor distribution. Then add pads of butter on top
  6. Place chicken breasts on hash browns and place in oven for 30 minutes
  7. After 30 minutes pour jar of gravy over chicken and hash browns
  8. Then add cheese and add a sprinkle of all purpose seasoning on top of the cheese
  9. Bake for another 30 minutes then pull and rest for 15 minutes
